Aiki Shotokan Karate offer self defence and karate training for adults and children over 5 years old.
We train at various locations throughout the week with 3 sessions at Beaulieu Community Centre.
Wednesday evening 6-7.30pm, Saturday morning 9.30-11am and Sunday morning 9.30-11am.
