This class aims to use the Pilates exercises and concepts to best support musculoskeletal health at the pre-menopause, perimenopausal years, and moving forward beyond the menopause. The class is slightly longer, allowing more time for relaxation. The class is led by Claire Thomas, a Registered osteopath/Pilates instructor. A recommended free of
